These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of DoItForHer.app (the “Site”) at https://doitforher.app/. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides a browser-based photo-board generator for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt to bypass its security, distribute malware, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.

2. Your content

You retain whatever rights you already hold in the photos and text you provide. You are responsible for that content and for the finished board. Only use, download, publish, or share material when you have the necessary permission or another valid legal basis.

Do not use the Site to create content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. The Site does not review your locally selected photos and cannot grant you rights in third-party material.

3. Intellectual property

The Site’s original code, interface, and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Site or grant a license to third-party characters, brands, images, or other protected works.

This is an independent fan-made project inspired by a pop-culture reference. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Simpsons, Fox, or Disney. Their trademarks and copyrighted material remain the property of their respective owners.

The generator’s availability does not mean that every possible output is licensed for commercial sale or distribution. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use requires permission from a rights holder.

4. No accounts or storage guarantee

The Site does not provide user accounts or cloud storage. Selected photos and generated images are normally processed in your browser. You are responsible for saving your export and keeping your original files. We cannot recover a board after its browser state is lost.

5. Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Site or a feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every browser will behave identically, or that generated output will meet a specific printing or publishing requirement.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and we do not guarantee that a particular use of an image or output is lawful or non-infringing.

7. Limitation of liability

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
